My Summer Wardrobe in Pictures

Before I started writing books, I was just a dramatic girl with a love for fashion.

Actually, both of those are still true. I am still dramatic, and I still love fashion. Good to see nothing has changed!

While stylish moments will make it into my books one way or another, one of the best ways for me to write style is to live it.

(I know, twist my arm…)

So, if you see me out in the wild, you’ll likely see my husband close behind, snapping an outfit photo of me, and probably another outfit tucked in my bag… because a girl has to have options, of course.

It was so hard to narrow down my favorite summer outfits—because my whole summer wardrobe in this post would be overwhelming to say the least. But I think I did alright.

Looking back, I didn’t stray too much from what I like—and that’s okay!

Cultivating your personal style often looks like finding what you like and mainly sticking to it. For me, that’s stripes, linen, white, polka dots, and a red statement moment.

It was one stylish summer, if I do say so myself. Now onto early fall style!
